Conflict Resolution & Membership Policy

This policy exists to preserve peace, spiritual order, and unity within Soul Proprietorship. Conflict is handled biblically, calmly, and without drama.

Soul Proprietorship is committed to creating a community marked by:

• Love

• Truth

• Humility

• Accountability

• Order

We acknowledge that disagreement and misunderstanding can happen. When it does, we follow biblical principles, not emotion or escalation.

Conflict Resolution Process

 

Step 1: Personal Reflection & Prayer

Before raising a concern, members are encouraged to:

• Pray for clarity and humility

• Examine their own heart and motives

• Distinguish conviction from offense

 

Many conflicts are resolved at this stage through prayer and understanding.

Step 2: Private Communication (When Appropriate)

If an issue involves another member:

• Address it privately and respectfully

• Speak truth with grace

• Avoid public confrontation or indirect communication

 

“If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone.” — Matthew 18:15

 

Step 3: Leadership Involvement

If the issue cannot be resolved privately or involves:

• Community guidelines

• Doctrinal concerns

• Disruptive behavior

 

Leadership may step in to:

• Provide biblical clarification

• Restore order

• Set boundaries when necessary

 

The goal is always peace and restoration, not punishment.

 

Zero-Tolerance Issues

The following behaviors will result in immediate action, which may include removal from the community:

• Spiritual manipulation or control

• Fear-based intimidation

• False authority or unsanctioned prophetic direction

• Harassment, shaming, or persistent disrespect

• Promoting unbiblical doctrine

 

These boundaries exist to protect the body.

 

Voluntary Participation & Membership Freedom

Soul Proprietorship is voluntary.

Members may:

• Leave the community at any time

• Cancel their subscription at any time

• Do so without explanation or justification

 

There is:

• No pressure to stay

• No guilt-based retention

• No spiritual consequence attached to leaving

 

Freedom and choice are honored here.

Leadership Authority & Final Decisions

To maintain peace and order:

• Leadership reserves the right to moderate discussions

• Remove content that violates guidelines

• Remove members when necessary for the health of the community

 

These decisions are made prayerfully and without partiality.

 

A Culture of Maturity

Soul Proprietorship values:

• Spiritual maturity over emotional reaction

• Unity over being “right”

• Growth over comfort

 

Disagreement does not equal division — but disorder will not be permitted.
